Back home! Safe and sound. I flew back to the good ol’ U.S. of A last week, into Savannah Georgia where I spent a few days with Christina and her family at a vacation house in Hilton Head. We had an amazing time playing golf, riding bikes, eating Mexican food (probably what I missed most about America), and just relaxing. Then we (Christina and I) flew back to Palo Alto and I have spent the week unpacking and trying to catch up on that little stuff that doesn’t get done when you’re traveling, like watching the last episodes of LOST. It feels really good to be back. Although I love traveling, it can be tiring and lonely at times so it is very nice to be home.
What’s next? That’s the question I get most often. Well, I’ll spend the next few weeks here enjoying the area and the summer with Christina. Then David graduates and I head up to Idaho for a week with mama and papa. Then a week trip with Christina. Then I have a couple more weeks in July where I can travel again before I begin my fellowship in August. Where should I go?
